The KP200 Series gas pressure controller uses all-metal seals and supports upstream pressure control. The full-scale control pressure is 1,200 mbar. Interface options include RS-485 and EtherCAT, with a 0–5 V analog signal option. Applications include semiconductor processing, photovoltaic production, and vacuum coating.
